Found Pott Glasses through Instagram. After reviewing and comparing with other optical stores, decided to make an appointment with Pott Glasses SS2 branch. Izzo was the first person who welcomed me into the store and she was very friendly by going through face measurement, glasses recommendation and able to kindly explain any queries I've raised throughout the whole process. Another employee, Evelyn, did go through an eye test with me and calmly explain some details such as the cause of night blindness. Overall it was a good experience, the staff here are very professional & attentive. One of the best service I've ever encountered in an optical store. 🙂

Very good service with professional explanation from my serving optician Rainnie. She explained the possible reasons of the power change in my eyes, checked my left and right eye thoroughly, defined dominate eye and taught me how to train my eyes on a daily basis. They also guide their customers on how to take care of the glasses and ways to clean glasses. After sales services include lifetime glasses cleaning, maintenance and adjustment. Highly recommended.
