Very satisfied with their level of professionalism and service! When I arrived for my appt, Samantha greeted and introduced me with the procedures first. We started off with facial measurement and analysis based on my lifestyle and habits, and I was recommended a whole bunch of frames to shortlist from. Later the optician Hong saw me and did the most thorough eye test and explanation ever in my 20 years of eye testing. Didn't know that my current glasses had a PD way too high for my eye, which affected my focus and vision! Combined with on-going promotions, the price is definitely justifiable and reasonable for such a high level of service.
