Just a fantastic experience from start to finish. Was assisted by Xiao Ying who patiently tested my eyes and explained even the most minor of details so that I get the perfect pair of glasses that suits my needs.Price is more than worth it for the quality and service. Was even given 2 pairs of free trial contact lenses, lense cleaning kit and anti fog cloth.Was assisted by another gentleman when I went back to pick up the glasses. He was fully informed of my situation even though I have never met him.Just a professional and passionate bunch of people here!
Came here to get a new pair of glasses, the overall experience is very pleasant. Do note that you will need to first book an appointment with them to make the process much smoother.I was served by Xiao Ying, we went for an eye test and he explained to me what the tests are for and how a good pair of glasses can have a big impact on eye care.After the eye test, we took a look at the variety of frames available. Xiao Ying then took measurements of my face and with the measurements, he took a few frames that is suited for the shape of my face, of course if you have any preference for the frames you could tell him as well and he will adjust his selections accordingly.The prices of the glasses is dependent on which package you choose, the base price comes from the frames and the total price is dependent on what type of lens you are going for. Depending on the nature of your work or your intended use of the glasses, he will suggest the type of lens that you should use but the final decision is still up to you.

Comfortable places and interior. Friendly and helpful also provide professional advice and guide also doing well to solve customer questions and good services while collecting our glass and doing fully and detailed adjustments for after wearing the new glasses. I truly recommend visiting and getting your new glasses!!
Looking for a multifocals for everyday use and discovered PottGlass. I made an appointment with Setapak branch and was served by King. He was very professional and assisted me to test my eyes and proceeded to assist me to choose a suitable frame for me. I was given a free trial spectacles for 2 weeks to ensure l was comfortable with my new power. I am really happy with my choice and the way King answered all my questions professionally. Will definitely recommend Pott Glass to anyone who wants to get a multifocal glass at good price.

Very glad I ended up choosing Pott Glasses (Setapak). They didn't disappoint and instead the excellent customer care service was unexpected!I must say that all the staff were friendly and helpful. They are professional, knowledgeable and provide good advise or recommendations. King, the consultant who was serving me, was very patient in explaining in detail for my understanding. Similarly with those staff who was assisting me. I felt very satisfied and happy to have enjoyed this experience. They followed up after a week to see how I was adapting to the new glasses. Do keep up the excellent service. I would expect the same level of service in future.😊

Great service from Lewis at the Setapak branch. Got my second pair from them and the service was just as marvelous as before. I love the suggestions given by Lewis, helped me explore new designs and conducted the eye check efficiently. Also, they’re currently giving out free sunglasses for every purchase of prescription glasses (only for November 2022).

The best glasses frames, hands down. I've never seen any like these before. My wife had them and I was so impressed that I went to order myself a pair. I'll be ordering more in the future for sure!
