For available power lens, we will proceed with lens cutting and frame fitting. This will take 2 working days. There after, we will send to courier service which take another 2 working days to reach our customer.
For customised power lens, we may need up to additional 7 working days.

We have a 30-days, no-question-asked return policy for all our eye wears.
In all instances (save returns to us as undeliverable) you should contact our customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return and the relevant return address. A refund or replacement will be issued to you following the receipt at that address within 30 days of that date. If goods are returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for confirmation of the delivery address. If no reply is received within a reasonable period and in any event within 30 days of the return of the goods, then a refund will be made within 30 days of that date.
For refund, we require you to send us back the glasses. If you are in Kuala Lumpur, we will pick up the glasses. Kindly inform us about this or else please follow the procedure below. We will also refund the postage fee.

Please take note that EXCHANGES are inspected upon receipt/invoice and will only be made once customer has mailed back the item(s) in good condition. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with fragrances, snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.
* Do not ever try to create your own defects (we will able to inspect the defects) as we will strictly ask for full refund for the glasses and exchange of item is not allowed, future purchase will not be entertain* This had happened few times where customer intentionally tear the glasses or create their own defects due to their own reason!* Please be considerate.
We apologize in advance that we will not be able to provide any exchange or refund under any other circumstance including the following conditions:
- Size does not fit
- Change of mind
- Damage of item due to own negligence
- Incomplete / incorrect addresses given by Customer.
- Please take note that the REFUND process may take up to 5 WORKING days.
- Strictly NO cash refund.
- We will reimburse normal postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent to customer.
