  • PottGlasses.com operates based on high trust between us and our customers.
  • If you have received a wrong or faulty order, please contact us at [email protected]
  • PottGlasses.com will ensure that correct items are mailed out.
  • PottGlasses.com products will be carefully inspected to ensure quality before mailing out.
  • SALE items are strictly non-exchangeable and non refundable.

We apologize in advance that we will not be able to provide any exchange or refund under any other circumstance including the following conditions:

  • Size does not fit
  • Change of mind
  • Damage of item due to own negligence
  • Incomplete / incorrect addresses given by Customer.
  • Please take note that the REFUND process may take up to 5 WORKING days.
  • Strictly NO cash refund.
  • We will reimburse normal postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent to customer.

DELIVERY POLICY

Upon full payment, we will proceed with the order.

For available power lens, we will proceed with lens cutting and frame fitting. This will take 2 working days. There after, we will send to courier service which take another 2 working days to reach our customer within Malaysia.

For customised power lens, we may need up to additional 7 working days.

Expect additional 7 to 10 days for shipment outside Malaysia.
