Knew this brand from a KOL. After doing a few researches, i decided to give it a go.When I stepped in, JH was the staff who served. JH is a truly patience, he explained all the process from choosing the specs, to picking the right lens until explaining about the functions and price.Overall the experience is very good and can’t wait to collect the specs
Lovely place to do a new pair of glasses. They are able to make a new lens for my existing frame which is still in decent condition. Affordable prices too.
Bought a glasses last year. Their services overall is pretty good. Was attended by Louis at Sri Petaling branch. Explained clearly even without I asked. This what I would feel secure on the product and their services too. Their after sales service is good too.

I've been to the same branch for 3 times in a year and both my parents and I are happy with their service. We were served by different person before, and each of everyone of them are genuine to the customers. Appreciate the effort and also the patience when they spoke to my parents, and also to a person like me who wear spec for the first time.Most importantly, they are not pushy for their products, they introduce the best and most suitable products to you. Louis, the attendant of the day, was very professional. He was recommended a few glasses based on my face shape, lifestyle, preferences, etc and his selections were on point.He's thorough in taking my reading and he's precise when it comes to explanation. And just like the other attendant (whom I forgotten to ask for the name while I went to pick up/adjust the glasses), he's friendly.Overall, I had a pleasant experience here and would return for its great service. 👓
My visit here was my first time and I am very happy with their service. They were very thorough in their tests and took time to explain (in simple terms) which was important to me as someone who never wore specs before. The whole process was smooth and comfortable. And you know, when it's your first time for anything, you can get bit nervous and intimidated by the unknown. But I was put at ease by their personable and easygoing approach. They also took measurements of my face to suggest several frames (and I got compliments from my colleagues on my new look). More than happy to highly recommend this place.
