1. Within 30 days from your purchase date, should there be any changes in discomfort arises from the lens or the frame, kindly bring the glasses back to our physical outlets for troubleshooting.

2. In troubleshooting, below are the services that will be covered by Pott Glasses:

– Glasses adjustment for better wearing experience.

3. There is a 1 year warranty on the lenses which covers lens coating i.e. crack coating or peeled coating.

4. There is a 1 year warranty on frame which covers manufacturing defects.

5. We provide free lifetime fitting, cleaning and maintenance services for any glasses purchase from us.
